Learning Windows 2000, Security. This tutorial is designed to teach users how important security measures are on their own workstation and to educate them in ways to use Windows 2000's security features. After learning the information here, someone will be able to create and edit user account information, utilize all sorts of passwords, and understand how to take advantage of access levels. They will know how to set up a shared folder, and provide printer permissions for other users on the network. They'll be familiar with EFS (Encrypting File System) and how to encrypt files or folders as well as be familiar with smart cards and how they are used.
