B) OBSERVATION OF COMPENSATORY AND NEUROMUSCULAR MECHANISMS

C) POSTURE REALIGNMENT
1. Active myofascial stretching: global posture
Stretches for the myofascial chains involved in morphostatic imbalances
Posture re-education through symmetrical work while lying down (supine position) and upright (sitting and standing)
Respiratory balance. Predominance of the myofascial chains and respiratory typologies. The concept of form/function improvement.
2. Manual therapy techniques associated with posture re-education: myofascial therapy, neuromuscular techniques, articular adjustment, etc.
3. Spiral dynamics work with the limbs and rhythmic waist movements
D) MORPHOSTATIC CHANGES AND PATHOLOGY
