On completion of the module, you will be able to participate in clinical decision-making related to the care of the sick neonate utilising relevant evidence based theory learnt during the module-teaching component and self directed learning.You will be able to apply current evidence-based theory to your practice with a focus on problem-solving and clinical scenarios. If you wish to complete a top-up degree, please apply directly on the Nursing Studies programme webpage.   • Overview

On completion of the module, you will be able to participate in clinical decision-making related to the care of the sick neonate utilising relevant evidence based theory learnt during the module-teaching component and self directed learning.

You will be able to apply current evidence-based theory to your practice with a focus on problem-solving and clinical scenarios. The module allows you to acquire an understanding and knowledge of the wider political and national context of neonatal healthcare and how it influences practice.
