By the conclusion of the specified learning and development activities, delegates will be able to: distinguish between a basic survey and a full structural survey, determine when a full structural survey is necessary, argue on the cost effectiveness of a structural survey, detail the factors that should be taken into account when conducting a commercial property valuation, relate the pertinent factors in private property valuation.

O melhor I would like to articulate our appreciation to our organization Nigeria Ports Authority for giving us this fantastic opportunity to attend this course. We knew we had a pre-knowledge of Conveyancing and property valuation, we thought we were just coming to freshen our educational cognitive cognition on the course but behold, what we have been given today transcend all our expectations and we want to publish this great institution that we will be good and no good if and we assure our employer that what we have gained here will refine our performance in the office.
